Introducing our tailored Employment Pathways program
For over three decades, the Older Women’s Network NSW (OWN NSW) has been advocating for the rights dignity and wellbeing of older women in NSW and ACT.
Older women face many barriers when looking to re-enter the workforce. Recognising this need we are thrilled to introduce our tailored Employment Pathways Program.
The program is a free service designed to work closely with you one-on-one to facilitate your re-entry and appropriate placement in the workforce.
Together we can help you into employment
Our program has been successfully running for over two years, helping almost 100 women who are 50 years and over to secure employment, with many more taking steps toward workforce participation.
If you are an unemployed woman 50 years or older, live in NSW or the ACT, and are committed to the employment journey with guidance and support, please reach out to us.
