This is a time when we need to do our part to ‘flatten’ the Covid-19 curve by staying at home. We can use it as an opportunity to learn a new craft, study a foreign language, go to the opera, watch plays and even see penguins going about their daily routine!

Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra
Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra will be live streaming concerts, and offering free viewing, starting with Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony. It’s beautiful.
The Royal Opera House
The Royal Opera House has a great programme of free online content for the culturally curious at home.
National Theatre UK
The National Theatre UK will be streaming free plays weekly from April 2nd.
Metropolitan opera
The Metropolitan Opera will be providing free live streaming of its Operas (one per week) which you can catch on its webpage.
Melbourne Symphony Orchestra
You don’t have to travel to Melbourne to hear this world class orchestra perform.
Check out their Youtube channel every Thursday night at 7:30pm.
Sydney Opera House
Andre Reiu
Along with his 60-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra (the largest private orchestra in the world), André has created a global revival in waltz music, staging spectacular extravaganzas. Rieu has his own You Tube Channel. Sway along and watch the phenomenon that is Andre Rieu!
